Theresa LeBlanc, CPA

Theresa brings a strong background in operations and finance to the Sterling team, with more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare management. Before joining Sterling, she served as Director of Regional Operations for Texas Children’s Pediatrics, where she led a team of 500 people and oversaw operations for more than 25 pediatric practices and 150 physicians.

Theresa holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
